3. Lalitha Mahal Palace Hotel

The Lalitha Mahal Palace Hotel in Mysore, is a luxury hotel housed in a former royal residence and the city’s second largest palace, after the Mysore Palace. It is situated near the Chamundi Hills, east of the city. In 1921, Maharaja Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV built the palace exclusively for the Governor-General of India.
